Before Xiao Yang could marvel at the transformation, at the far end of the corridor, a skeleton clad in armor and wielding a massive axe slowly rose from the ground.
Within its bony skull, two ghostly blue flames flickered; accompanied by discordant creaking sounds, this axe-wielding skeleton fixed its gaze on Xiao Yang, who stood bewildered at the end of the corridor.
